今年の冬の豚骨限定は始まります！濃厚クリミーなスープに平打ちの全粒粉麺。。。毎日１５食！ぜひ食べに来てね！

It's time for my annual winter tonkotsu ramen. Considering that we're a chicken and dashi soup shop, it's always fun to try my hand at tonkotsu! I think it's a tasty dish so if you have a chance come out and try a bowl! I made a new noodle to go along with it! 15 bowls daily. Hope to see you!

Hey New York Times readers....

As a native New Yorker who has been reading the times since elementary school, it was a thrill to be included in those pages, and most importantly in a story about ramen. Although my site is not really well balanced for english speakers (99% of my customers are Japanese), I love when fellow gaijin come to eat at my shop. I do my best to make Ivan Ramen as accessible as possible so any time you find yourself in Tokyo, please consider stopping by. I have received many emails over the 2.5 years we've been open and always do my best to get you here in one piece! Feel free to write, I'll do my best to answer. Ramen is of course a personal obsession and it's always fun sharing my passion. Hope to see any and all that are willing to venture outside the city circle! (Not that far really.)

The first new special ramen of 2010 is ready for consumption! It's a creamy chicken soup with rye noodles, chicken chashuu, spinach and a really nice yuzu finish. It's just the thing to warm you up during the coldest days of Tokyo winter. Please come in and give it a try!

Here's the deal for the end of the year schedule:

Although we normally close on the 4th Tuesday and every Wednesday, we will be open on Tuesday Dec 22nd and Wednesday Dec 23rd, which is a national holiday so we will be open for lunch. We will stay open until the 29th of December. We be closed from December 30 until January 6th and will reopen on January 7th. Hope to see you all throughout December and of course into the new year!!
