Hey New York Times readers....

As a native New Yorker who has been reading the times since elementary school, it was a thrill to be included in those pages, and most importantly in a story about ramen. Although my site is not really well balanced for english speakers (99% of my customers are Japanese), I love when fellow gaijin come to eat at my shop. I do my best to make Ivan Ramen as accessible as possible so any time you find yourself in Tokyo, please consider stopping by. I have received many emails over the 2.5 years we've been open and always do my best to get you here in one piece! Feel free to write, I'll do my best to answer. Ramen is of course a personal obsession and it's always fun sharing my passion. Hope to see any and all that are willing to venture outside the city circle! (Not that far really.)
