I have a question. Do you have any plan to open your ramen shop in the US? If so, does it happen to be in TX? It would be great if you have a ramen shop here in Houston!
I'm a Japanese national who's been in the US for 18 years, doing my own business (nothing do to with food business). Sometimes I think about opening my own ramen shop here (seriously!)... Maybe you could help?
